By using this service you agree to these general terms and conditions. This Agreement is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting on the SummerRelation.com website.

1. Terms of Access and Registration:
SummerRelation.com operates as a service for adults only, to become a member you must be at least 18 years old. Please do not attempt to register if you are under 18 years old. Our services are available only to, and may only be used by, individuals who can form legally binding contracts under their applicable law. You may not use SummerRelation.com for professional or commercial purposes (canvassing, soliciting or prostitution) or for any non-private purposes.

2. Fees / Termination:
SummerRelation.com usage and/or subscription fees are provided to you in advance may change from time to time. Payments are non-refundable. SummerRelation.com reserves the right to terminate your membership for any or no reason. SummerRelation.com reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member who violates these general terms and conditions. SummerRelation.com will have no liability to you if it suspends or terminates your account for any reason. You waive all rights you may have had against SummerRelation.com.

3. Intellectual Property:
Trademarks, logos, graphics, photographs, animations, videos and texts featuring on the SummerRelation.com site are the intellectual property of SummerRelation.com and may not be reproduced, used or represented without the express permission of SummerRelation.com. In particular, Members are prohibited from modifying, copying, reproducing, disseminating, transmitting, exploiting for commercial gain and/or distributing in any form whatsoever the services, the SummerRelation.com site pages or software codes for elements comprising the SummerRelation.com services and site.

4. Content Posted:
You are solely responsible for the information provided by you for your Profile, and SummerRelation.com act as a passive conduit for your online distribution and publication of your information. However, SummerRelation.com may take any action with respect to your Profile that it deems necessary or appropriate in its sole discretion, for example, if SummerRelation.com believes your Profile may create any liability for us, or if it may cause us to lose (in whole or in part) access to the services of our ISPs or other suppliers, SummerRelation.com may alter or remove all or part of your Profile.
You will not include identifying information such as your real name, phone number, email address, ICQ number, address or any contact information in your profile.
You guarantee that all of the data supplied is accurate and true. You will immediately inform SummerRelation.com in case of a change in any information supplied when registering, or, as appropriate, to update changes in your private pages on the SummerRelation.com site.
You grant SummerRelation.com a license to use the intellectual property rights attached to the content provided by you. This license in particular incorporates the right for SummerRelation.com to reproduce, represent, adapt, translate, scan, use for publicity purposes, commercial or non-commercial, sub-license or assign the content concerning members (information, images, videos, descriptions, search criteria, etc.)
You are prohibited from copying, reproducing or otherwise using for any purpose the content relating to other Members, except for the explicit requirements for usage of the services for your own strictly personal and private purpose.
You may not make comments, propagate or disseminate in any form whatsoever content that contravenes the rights of others or that is defamatory, injurious, obscene, offensive, violent or inciting to violence, political, racist or xenophobic and, in general, any content that is contrary to the purpose of SummerRelation.com, current rules and laws in force or acceptable norms and standards.
You may not post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever information or content that has the effect of diminishing, disorganizing or preventing normal usage of the services, or of interrupting and/or slowing down normal circulation of communications between members through the services, such information comprising, for example, software, worms, viruses, software bombs, mass mailing, etc.
You may not post, disseminate, or broadcast in any form whatsoever information or content that incorporates links to third-party websites that are illegal in character, contrary to what is generally acceptable and/or not in accordance with the principles of SummerRelation.com.
SummerRelation.com reserves the right to delete messages sent in mass mailings by a member in order to maintain the quality of use of the services provided to its members.

This site contains external links to other sites. The content of external links is not checked by SummerRelation.com. The respective publisher shall be liable for their content. The contents of this site have been carefully composed. However, SummerRelation.com shall in no event assume liability with regard to accurateness, completeness, or up-to-dateness of the provisioned information and all other content contained in the site. Because SummerRelation.com does not and cannot be involved in Member to Member communications and activities, in the event that you have a conflict with a Member, you hereby release SummerRelation.com (and our employees) from any claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any such conflict.

9. Privacy:
Use of the SummerRelation.com site and/or its service is governed by our Privacy Policy. This policy is subject to change at any time, and changes are effective upon posting on the SummerRelation.com website.

10. Jurisdiction and applicable Law:
These general terms and conditions shall be governed, construed in accordance with the Dutch law. In the event of a dispute as to the meaning of a term or provision of these general terms and conditions the language of interpretation shall be Dutch. The court of Amsterdam shall be considered competent for all litigation relating to these present general terms and conditions, inclusive, without this list being limiting, and to their validity, their interpretation, their execution and/or their termination and the consequences thereof.
